1. User Responsibilities
a) Users must not use the Sufyan Online Store platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities that may harm the company or lead to legal consequences.
b) Card or bank information accessed through merchant tools must only be used for authorized transactions and cannot be sold, shared, or misused.
c) Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, modifying, or tampering with any part of the platform without written consent.
d) All users must comply with Sufyan Online Store’s KYC policies and provide accurate and complete information.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
a) Merchants must operate in accordance with all applicable laws and platform regulations.
b) Merchants may not process payments for third-party businesses or refinance customer debt.
c) Payment data must be handled strictly according to platform guidelines.
d) A valid receipt must be issued for every transaction.
e) Hidden charges, surcharges, or unauthorized fees are prohibited.
f) Merchants grant Sufyan Online Store a royalty-free license to use their name, logo, and brand for marketing purposes.
g) All security guidelines must be implemented on the merchant’s website or app.
h) Merchants must follow all written instructions regarding digital transactions.
i) In case of chargebacks or fraud, recovery may be made from the merchant’s balance; legal action may follow if funds are insufficient.
j) Providing false or misleading business information may result in penalties or suspension.
3. Transactions & Settlements
a) Sufyan Online Store strives to process settlements on time. Delays due to unforeseen issues will be communicated to merchants.
b) All transactions must be legitimate and comply with this agreement.
c) Merchants must retain transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years.
4. General Requirements
a) Merchants must adhere to all platform policies and operational rules.
b) Business activities must comply with digital commerce laws and relevant regulations.
c) Merchants are solely responsible for fulfilling products or services sold to customers.
5. Receiving Payments
a) Merchants may accept payments only for products or services they directly provide.
b) Payments must align with the merchant’s approved business activities.
c) Any changes in offerings must be reported to Sufyan Online Store.
d) Merchants must provide the website URL where payments are collected.
e) Only customer-authorized transactions may be submitted.
f) Merchants must avoid actions that could harm Sufyan Online Store’s reputation.
g) Merchants agree to indemnify Sufyan Online Store against claims arising from their business operations.
6. Dispute Handling
a) Sufyan Online Store will not mediate disputes between merchants and customers and bears no liability.
b) Merchants must honor returns, cancellations, and refund obligations regardless of payment method.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
a) Refunds should be processed electronically in cases of returns or cancellations, minus applicable fees.
b) All transaction correspondence must be maintained for at least five (5) years.
c) Sufyan Online Store may withhold funds in cases of non-compliance or missing records.
d) Chargebacks or fraud-related refunds may be deducted directly from the merchant’s account.
e) Each chargeback may incur a fee, deducted from settlements or charged separately.
f) The platform is not responsible for refunding setup fees, subscription charges, or deposits.
8. Indemnity
a) Merchants must indemnify and protect Sufyan Online Store and its representatives from losses, claims, or liabilities arising from their actions.
b) The platform acts solely as a payment processor and is not involved in agreements between merchants and customers.
9. Prohibited Products & Services
Merchants may not sell or promote:
Weapons, alcohol, explosives
Pornography or explicit content
Drugs or controlled substances
Animals, fireworks, hazardous materials
Spam tools, gambling, MLM/pyramid schemes
Work-from-home scams or misleading promotions
Wire transfer or money forwarding services
Any product/service prohibited under Pakistani law
10. Security Responsibilities
a) Merchants must ensure proper data protection using encryption, secure storage, and safe handling protocols.
b) Secure integrations with Sufyan Online Store’s systems must be maintained.
11. Ownership & IP Rights
All branding, tools, software, and content provided by Sufyan Online Store are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited without written approval.
12. Third-Party Businesses
Some platform features may involve third-party vendors. Any purchase from these vendors is strictly between the user and that third party. The platform holds no responsibility.
13. Disclaimer
Sufyan Online Store provides intermediary payment services on an “as-is” basis. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk. The company is not liable for losses from technical issues, outages, or platform usage.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, whose decisions are final.
